Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched on the same day (Monday – Friday) orders placed after 11am will be dispatch the next working day.

Free standard delivery (min order £25)

Standard delivery £3.50 (2-4 working days)

Next working day delivery £7.50 (orders placed before 11am)

Collect from pickup point (no charge)

RETURN or exchange

Please note:

Unwanted items are returned at your own cost. We recommend registered delivery. Please retain your proof of postage.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be in the original packaging, sealed and in a saleable condition. Hygiene seals must not be broken and packaging must not be damaged.
If there has been a mistake made with your order and it is incorrect then please contact us to arrange a collection. Your correct order will be dispatched as soon as possible.

ReFUND Policy

If you have arranged to return an item to us and it is received in a saleable condition and undamaged then we will process your refund straight away.

We will notify you via email and depending on your payment method funds will show in your account within a few days or same day. PayPal is instant whereas other payment methods may take slightly longer.
