Hello, I am Simone, health coach and Pilates PT, founder of Organics and Nutrition a health and wellness clinic based in Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire.

 

I am a fully certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach accredited by the UK Health Coaches Association. I offer advice and support to help people improve their overall health and wellness.

Why not try a Pilates class? Gentle Pilates for those who are new to Pilates or just starting back or mixed level Pilates suitable for all levels and abilities. Classes can be pre-booked online .

 

We also offer private one to one Pilates sessions and one to one pre and postnatal Pilates sessions. Please get in touch for more information.

We have selected a range of natural, organic cruelty free beauty products created using pure, natural and organic ingredients to nourish your body.

All products are free from harsh ingredients and synthetic chemicals such as sulphates (SLS), parabens, MIT and other preservatives, phthalates, petrochemicals and synthetic fragrances and so are kind to your body and the environment. They have never been tested on animals and most products are vegan.

Our Aromatherapy home scents from Wildheart Organics are created using the highest amount of essential oils to create luxury products with therapeutic benefits. Essential oil blends with botanical oils to calm restore and relax.
