Nutrition and lifestyle coaching looks at all aspects of diet and lifestyle to embed new long term healthy habits to improve health, wellness and longevity.

My aim is to support and educate you to give you the knowledge and the tools to be able to make decisions for yourself to feel in control of your own health and wellness.

I offer 1 hour health & wellness consultations, individual diet analysis and various wellness packages.

Back On Track consultation - 1 hour, £50

This 1 hour consultation provides 'tips & tricks', meal plan ideas and recipes plus lots of useful information to optimise your health and wellness. 

 

During the consultation we take a look at your existing diet and lifestyle, discuss your health goals and implement some realistic changes to kick start or continue your health and wellness journey. This consultation is designed for those wishing to make small changes towards improving their health or for existing clients to book ongoing follow up consultations.

​

Please note: This option does not include diet analysis. This is not a quick fix. If weight loss is your main goal then the Nutrition and Lifestyle package may be more suitable.

Nutrition and Lifestyle package £220

This package is designed to be the foundation of your future health and wellness. It will give you the knowledge and the tools required to make the best diet and lifestyle choices for optimum health.

  • 2x 1 hour consultation (face to face or via Zoom/telephone)

  • 1x follow up telephone consultation to help keep you on track

  • Diet analysis

  • Personalised action steps with tracking sheets and information.

  • Recipes and snack ideas

  • Health and wellness tips and advice

  • Supplement advice and potential recommendations

  • Strategies to improve sleep and manage stress

  • Strategies to incorporate exercise and movement

  • Education and advice to develop a long term health and wellness plan

  • Support material and guidance from me throughout

Health and Wellness package £295

This package includes all of the benefits of the Nutrition and Lifestyle package plus 3 private one to one pilates sessions.

  • 2x 1 hour consultation (face to face or via Zoom/telephone)

  • 1x follow up telephone consultation to help keep you on track

  • Diet analysis

  • Personalised action steps with tracking sheets and information.

  • Recipes and snack ideas

  • Health and wellness tips and advice

  • Supplement advice and potential recommendations

  • Strategies to improve sleep and manage stress

  • Strategies to incorporate exercise and movement

  • Education and advice to develop a long term health and wellness plan

  • Support material and guidance from me throughout

  • Pilates - 3x 1 hour private one to one
