Service Description

Sunday 11th June @ 10:30am A gentle introduction to Pilates. Perfect for those who are new to Pilates. Pilates is a low-impact exercise suitable for everyone. It combines deep breathing with precise movements designed to strengthen and balance the body to improve flexibility, joint mobility, core strength, muscle tone, coordination and balance. This workshop is designed to introduce you to Pilates. We discuss and run through the basic Pilates principles, alignment, breath and core engagement, along with some of the basic Pilates movements. Everyone is made to feel welcome. Our classes are small so you receive personal tuition and guidance throughout. Sessions are approx 1.5 hour Groups are no more than x6 Sunday 10:30am What will I need? Ideally a yoga or Pilates mat (we do have spares so don't worry if you do not have one) Water bottle Small towel (to support the head and lower back - optional)

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us at least 24 hours before the session to cancel or reschedule 07793 622686. Sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled if within 24 hours of the allocated time. Please note: if your class is part of a course, for example "An introduction to Pilates" then these classes cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
